Week 5 on WW - Month in Review

Weigh in number 5 ...................  - 0.2 lbs.  Phew!  I thought for sure that I was going to have a gain, but alas, a tiny loss.

I'm feeling a bit discouraged right now, I'm really having some major cravings, juicy cheeseburger, gravy, chicken with skin.  I don't know what is going on, and it is scaring me.  I know I can have these things in moderation, but it's kind of scary because I'm not sure I can stop myself from going nuts with the food.  It's all a learning process.

What did I learn this month?

  • WW is not impossible.
  • You definitely need your food scale.  Mine is out of battery juice, I feel lost without it.
  • Eating clean will definitely help me lose more weight.
  • Adding fitness can only make things better.
  • Working really hard at work and home = less snacking :)
How much weight did I lose this month?  8.2 lbs!  That's awesome, but, I recognize this is not going to be the normal weight loss.

My goal for each month?  Between 5 - 6 lbs.

This month I'm adding fitness.  I've already clocked in some exercise time.  My body is already aching.  But, it's a good thing.

The challenge this weekend?  I'm going out of town.  I have to eat what they are serving me.  I may try to incorporate a little bit of exercise on my trip.

Here is to month number two on WW.  I can do this!
