I'm feeling a bit discouraged right now, I'm really having some major cravings, juicy cheeseburger, gravy, chicken with skin. I don't know what is going on, and it is scaring me. I know I can have these things in moderation, but it's kind of scary because I'm not sure I can stop myself from going nuts with the food. It's all a learning process.
What did I learn this month?
- WW is not impossible.
- You definitely need your food scale. Mine is out of battery juice, I feel lost without it.
- Eating clean will definitely help me lose more weight.
- Adding fitness can only make things better.
- Working really hard at work and home = less snacking :)
My goal for each month? Between 5 - 6 lbs.
This month I'm adding fitness. I've already clocked in some exercise time. My body is already aching. But, it's a good thing.
The challenge this weekend? I'm going out of town. I have to eat what they are serving me. I may try to incorporate a little bit of exercise on my trip.
Here is to month number two on WW. I can do this!
