Week 1 on WW






This year, 2013, I decided to try WW weight loss program again.  My sister has lost 60 lbs thus far on WW, with only about 8 lbs left to lose.  She looks so fantastic, I know I'd be a fool not to try to lose weight using the plan as well.

Week 1:  I went grocery shopping for fruits, healthy lunches, healthy proteins and veggies for dinner, salad stuff, etc.  I purchased those two vases and glass beads.  The beads are pink and blue, and there are 40 of them, because I want to lose 40 lbs.  My ultimate goal is to lose that weight by August 2013, because that is when we will TTC baby #2!! 

Drum roll please............................  I lost 2.2 lbs the first week!! 

I stayed on plan all week, being honest about what I ate and tracking ALL my food. 

My goal for week 2 is to add exercise to the mix.  I DLed a power walk mix to my phone, and I will use that to power walk for 30 minutes 4 x next week.  I will continue to stay on plan.  I also want to add drinking water as well, at least 2 plastic cups full at work.
