Week 2 on WW

So, I survived week two on WW, and it wasn't painful at all.  I stayed on plan, splurging on Friday with DH, but still managing to maintain my weight loss and continue losing. 

Weigh in number two................................... - 2.4 lbs!

I power walked twice instead of four times, and I didn't up my at work water intake, but I did drink Crystal Light at home, which I think helps too. 

I signed up for a 5k with my sister and a few friends, the Color Me Rad 5k.  We're super excited.  My sister will run the 5k, but I will not run, I've decided to power walk it. 

She is also throwing a birthday party for me this year (my birthday is in March, I'll be 33) and it's going to be a murder mystery dinner party.  I've ALWAYS wanted to do this, and I cannot wait!

I also decided to set goals in 10 lb increments.  So, here is my reward table:

- 10 lbs:  Pedicure

- 20 lbs:  Keratin Hair Treatment

- 30 lbs:  Brazilian Bikini Wax

- 40 lbs:  Tattoo!!!! - TTC baby # 2

- 50 lbs:  Wedding Dress Shopping (for new wedding photos)

The plan for this week:  Continue the good work, staying on plan, tracking and being honest.  I'm going to try new foods.  I'm going to try and power walk 4 x.  I'm going to try and continue drinking water.
